I must not only find the recipe I have saved (somewhere) for the bell pepper peanut slaw… I must post it! A great slaw for anyone who has never really been into traditional slaw. ie. me!

A well planned out dinner menu each week = easy cooking each night. Not too stressful, not too bad for you. That’s what we do. Happy eating!
